(BNA): Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud called for a quartet meeting in Makkah on 26 / 9 / 1439 Hijri, comprising Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait and Jordan to discuss ways of backing Jordan economically.
King Salman held calls with Jordanian monarch King Abdullah II, the Emir of Kuwait Shaikh Sabah Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They agreed to hold a quartet meeting in Makkah to discuss ways of supporting Jordan to overcome the economic crisis.
